Sábado à noite, em Tel Aviv, cerca de 200 mil pessoas manifestaram-se em nome da paz, a favor da retirada dos territórios ocupados. Na mesma praça onde Yitzhak Rabin foi assassinado, em 1995. As últimas sondagens, mesmo as de jornais conservadores como o Maariv, mostram que 80% dos israelitas querem o fim da ocupação e o reatar das conversações de paz. Não se queimaram bandeiras. Não se pediu a morte de ninguém. Não se viram armas no ar. שלום. Simplesmente שלום.
